Cancelling your session or missing your appointment
If you miss or cancel your therapy session within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This is because we would be unable to fit another client into your slot. Imagine if several clients do this in a week how our clients and ourselves would be affected. We reserve the right to stop seeing clients who miss or cancel several sessions or refuse to pay for sessions they have missed.
Cancellation Charge – If you pay by cash in advance of the session and less than 24hrs notice is given for the cancellation of an appointment, 50% of the normal session fee will be required before booking a new session.
