Your facilitator
Meet Caroline Todd
Caroline is a qualified meditation teacher, therapist and workshop facilitator at Natural Life Therapies. Alongside her wellbeing work, she works professionally with children and families and holds an Enhanced DBS check.
Her sessions are warm, practical and creative, with activities that allow children to participate in ways that feel comfortable for them.
Activities support general wellbeing and do not replace specialist mental health care. Safeguarding, supervision and practical arrangements are agreed with each school before delivery.
