Tiny Habits, Big Changes
Discover how small, manageable changes can support your wellbeing without adding pressure to an already busy life.
About the Workshop
Big changes can feel overwhelming, particularly when we try to change everything at once. In this friendly one-hour workshop, we will explore why tiny, repeatable actions can be a more approachable way to build positive routines. The focus is on curiosity and kindness rather than perfection or strict resolutions.
You will identify one area of everyday life where a little change might help, discover ways to make a new habit easy to remember and develop a realistic personal plan. You will leave with ideas that you can adapt to your own circumstances and revisit whenever you need.
What We'll Do
During this relaxed, one-hour session, you will:
- Reflect on routines that already support you
- Explore the power of small, repeatable actions
- Choose a tiny wellbeing habit that feels achievable
- Create a simple cue-and-action plan to take home
Who Is It For?
This session is open to adults who would enjoy a little time for themselves in a warm, supportive setting. No previous mindfulness experience is needed. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels comfortable for you.
