My Wellbeing Hour
Pause. Reflect. Recharge.
A friendly hour just for you — with gentle mindfulness, creative activities and practical ideas to bring a little more wellbeing into everyday life.
A little time can make a big difference
Life can feel busy, and looking after ourselves often slips to the bottom of the list. My Wellbeing Hour offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect with others and explore simple ways to feel calmer, more positive and more connected to what matters.
Each fortnight brings a different theme. Some sessions focus on reflection, confidence and everyday habits; others offer a chance to get creative and make something meaningful to take home. You don't need any experience of mindfulness or creative workshops — just come as you are.
These are individual, book-ahead sessions, not a course. Join the themes that appeal to you, or make My Wellbeing Hour a regular part of your routine.
